Cecilia Fogelberg was born in a small country village of Småland, Sweden 1976.
She immigrated to Australia 1999.
Fogelberg studied fine art - sculpture at the Victorian College of the Arts, Melbourne (2001-2004).
She lives and works in Melbourne, Australia and is currently undertaking a Master of Cultural Material Conservation at CCMC, Melbourne University.
Since 1996 Fogelberg has exhibited regularly in Australia and Sweden. Her work is represented in public and private collections overseas and in Australia, including Australia Artbank.
Fogelberg was the winner of Linden postcard show in 2006.
